Prima has, among the financial assests, shareholdings in companies of which it doesn’t hold the majority of shares, but which have a strategic importance for the future, working in the following sectors:
The future of Prima Spa depends on the capacity of establishing and maintaining satisfactory relationships with clients.
The satisfaction of Customers necessities and the acquisition of new market areas are carried out through a continuous improvement of the quality of products, of services and of cost effectiveness.
Prima Spa confirms its intention to invest in the automotive market with the target to become a reference point of the European OEM in the world. To such purpose the principal target, is to reach the same volume of sales on the World market, as it has in Italy within 5 years;
The objective can be reached principaly through the opening of new productive plants close to the final customers /co-location or through alliances/ acquisitions of supplying companies of plastic components already present on the German market;
Prima Spa consideres that an important condition for a successful future, is to reinforce the R&D area and canalize the research resources towards the identification of components presently produced in metal to be substituted with plastic ones in order to reduce the weight (green economy) and the cost.
